1. Products & availability

We sell hill-grown garlic and related packs in limited lots. Stock shown on product pages is indicative and may change as orders are packed. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute where possible.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected securely via our payment partner (including UPI, cards, and netbanking). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

3. Orders & shipping

• Orders are packed the same day when possible, subject to harvest and courier cut-offs.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and carrier service levels.
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

4. Returns & quality

Perishable produce is carefully packed. If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. Approved claims may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

5. Accounts

Guest checkout is available. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyShop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays beyond our reasonable control (including courier or weather delays).

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
